Customer Review Incentive Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Customer Review Incentive! By leaving a review through the QR code on your bill, you have the opportunity to enter our quarterly draw to win a $100 gift card. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

  1. Eligibility: The Customer Review Incentive is open to all individuals aged 18 or older who submit a review through the provided QR code on their bill. Each customer is eligible to enter once per transaction.

  2. How to Enter: To enter, scan the QR code on your bill and complete a review for our restaurant. This qualifies as a single entry into the quarterly draw.

  3. Prize Details: One winner per quarter will receive a $100 gift card, redeemable at any of our restaurant locations. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  4. Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries at the end of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their review entry.

  5. Data Privacy: Personal information submitted as part of this incentive will only be used for the purpose of contacting winners and will be managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Your contact information will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes unless you have opted in.

  6. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this incentive at any time and without prior notice.
